What we collect

When you submit the enquiry or quotation form, we collect the details you enter: your name, and optionally your company, mobile number, email, city, the type of space you want cooled, the approximate area and height, the model you are interested in and any requirement you describe.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email instead, we hold whatever you choose to share in that message. We do not collect any special or sensitive categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not send any.

How your enquiry is handled

The website form submits your details to a Google Apps Script endpoint, which records them in a private Google Sheet owned by Dr. Duct India and sends us an email notification so we can respond. If that endpoint is unavailable, the form offers to send the same details to us through WhatsApp instead — in that case your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a site survey and provide the service you asked about. The consent checkbox on the form records your agreement to be contacted about that enquiry.

Cookies and third-party services

The website’s own code does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It does load a small number of third-party services that may set their own cookies or receive your IP address as a normal part of serving content: Google Fonts (typography), a Google-based reviews widget (to show our live Google Business reviews) and, where present, an embedded map. These operate under Google’s and the respective providers’ privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

How long we keep it, and who sees it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records and warranty support. Access is limited to Dr. Duct India staff who need it to serve you, and to the Google account services (Sheets and email) we use to receive and store it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. You can also withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time and we will stop, subject to any records we must keep.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always the one published on this page.
