About Dr. Duct India
We make the coolers and we make them work
Dr. Duct India is a Jodhpur-based manufacturer of industrial and commercial evaporative air cooling — and the team that surveys, designs, installs and services it. One responsibility from the heat-load study to the pad change, so the building is cool, not just the invoice paid.
Who we are
A manufacturer that turns up on site
Most cooling is sold one of two ways: a factory that ships boxes and never sees the building, or a contractor who fits whatever they can buy. Dr. Duct is both ends of that chain in one company.
We manufacture the Air-X axial and Blow-X blower ranges — 18,000 to 50,000 CMH per unit, with 100 mm honeycomb pads — from our base in Jodhpur, and we dispatch them across India. But the machine is only half the job. The other half is knowing how many units a shed actually needs, where they mount, how the air gets out again, and whether the space wants free-standing units or a ducted system. That is the engineering, and it is why our own team does the survey and the installation.
The name is deliberate. Ducting — getting cooled air to where people actually work, quietly and at the right velocity — is the part most suppliers skip. It is the part we are named after.
Why evaporative cooling
The case we build our business on
Air conditioning chills and recirculates the same sealed air, fighting every kilowatt of machine and roof heat. Evaporative cooling draws in fresh outside air through wet honeycomb pads — no compressor, no refrigerant, a fraction of the power.
- Manufacturer, not a reseller. We build the Air-X axial and Blow-X blower ranges ourselves, which is why the pricing is manufacturer-direct and why we can stand behind the specification.
- Engineering, not guesswork. Air changes per square foot, static pressure, roof height and the exhaust path decide a cooling system. We design to those, not to a round number of units.
- A season-after-season relationship. Pads, pumps and float valves are consumables we keep in stock and we service what we install. A cooler is a machine you run every summer, not a one-off purchase.
How we work
Four things we hold ourselves to
Not a mission statement — just the way a cooling job should be done, and the reasons customers come back to us before the next summer.
We size it before we sell it
Every project starts with a free survey and a heat-load calculation. An accurate number usually means fewer units than a catalogue guess — which is the opposite of what a box-shifter wants, and exactly why we do it.
We install what we manufacture
The units are ours and the installation team is ours. One company is accountable for whether the building is actually cool, not just for what left the factory gate.
We publish the specifications
Air delivery, power, tank, dimensions and discharge for every model are on this website in plain tables — not hidden in a PDF you have to ask for. If a number matters to your decision, you should be able to read it.
We say when it is the wrong fit
Evaporative cooling is not right for a sealed cold store or a damp coastal cabin, and we will tell you so. A system that disappoints is worse for us than a sale we did not make.
The promise behind the name
Fresh air, delivered where you need it — and proven with a meter, not a promise
We commission every installation with measured airflow at the outlets and hand it over on paper. You know the system works before we leave.
Tell us the size of your floor. We will tell you what it costs to cool it.
Free site survey, a heat-load calculation and a written quotation — no obligation. Most quotations go out within one working day.
