Product information, specifications and sizing

The specifications on this site — air delivery, power, tank capacity, dimensions, discharge and cooling areas — are taken from our product catalogue and are given in good faith. Cooling areas and air-change figures are guides for a typical space; the correct number of units for your building is confirmed by a site survey and heat-load study, not by these figures alone.

We may improve or change product specifications over time, so the units supplied may differ in detail from the information shown here at the time you read it.

The savings calculator and running-cost figures

The savings calculator and any running-cost comparison on this site are estimates for illustration only. They are based on the assumptions stated alongside them — including the catalogue basis of a 1,000 sq.ft space, an 8 ton air-conditioning load and stated electricity tariffs. Your actual consumption and savings depend on your building, your usage, your tariff and local conditions.

The equipment payback period mentioned on the site is a figure quoted from our catalogue and is not a guarantee of the savings you will achieve. Nothing on this site is a firm quotation. A price is given only in a written quotation issued to you after a survey.

Quotations, orders and work

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. Any supply, installation or service is governed by the written quotation and terms we issue for your specific project, which take precedence over anything on this website.

This site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, our Google Business Profile and the reviews widget that displays it. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
