We read every enquiry the same day and reply, usually within one working day. For anything more than a single unit we will suggest a free site survey so we can size it accurately, then send you a written quotation with the configuration and the price. There is no obligation at any stage.

Not at all. Leave the model as “Not sure — please recommend” and tell us the floor area, the roof height and what the space is used for. Sizing is our job — we would rather recommend the right configuration than have you pick from a list. If you have used the savings calculator its suggestion carries over here, but we always confirm it.

For a straightforward single-unit supply we can give you an indication quickly. For a multi-unit or ducted project the honest answer is that a real price needs the area, the height and ideally a survey — a number guessed over the phone helps no one.
